Bagmati Development Bank Proposes 15% Bonus Shares

As per the information received by NEPSE  Bagmati Development Bank Ltd. has proposed 15%Bonus Shares and 0.79% Cash Dividend (for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which is  subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
